大衛(wèi)-羅賓遜1965年8月6日出生于美國佛羅里達(dá)州基韋斯特。在1987年的選秀大會上，大衛(wèi)-羅賓遜被手握狀元簽的馬刺選中，在其14年的職業(yè)生涯中，他兩奪NBA總冠軍（99、03）、1次MVP、1次DPOY、1次得分王、10次入選全明星、10次最佳陣容（4次一陣）、8次最佳防守陣容（4次一防）、隨美國男籃兩奪奧運會金牌。2009年他入選了名人堂。

大衛(wèi)-羅賓遜整個NBA生涯打了987場常規(guī)賽，共砍下20790分，場均21.1分10.6板2.5助攻1.7蓋帽。
